What this site collects

In addition to what the Valvan policy describes, this site processes what you send through the quote form: your name, company, email address, phone number, the product you selected and the description of your needs. If you arrive through an advertisement, the form also records the campaign parameters in the URL (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content) so we know which channel your request came from. We use this only to answer your request, prepare a quote and follow up on it.

Cookies and measurement

This website currently loads only the functional storage that the site and the quote form need to work, so no measurement cookies are placed on your device. Measurement through Google Tag Manager is being prepared for our advertising campaigns. When it goes live, a cookie notice appears on your first visit and the analytics and advertising tags load only after you accept. Declining does not affect your ability to use the website or to request a quote.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, or to correct, delete, restrict or transfer it, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. If you feel we have not handled it properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels.
