The wire behind the press
Balingwires is the consumables line of Valvan Baling Systems in Menen, Belgium, part of the Valtech Group. Valvan has spent decades engineering baling and sorting machines for recyclers and the textile industry across Europe and the United States. The wire and ties on this site are the products that go into those bales every day.
Every batch is made to perform under load, and tested for it: tensile strength and knot behaviour are checked so the tie holds when it matters. When you ask for a quote, you are talking to people who understand both the press and the product that feeds it.

Engineering background
Backed by Valvan Baling Systems, a builder of baling and sorting machines.
-
Tested strength
Tensile and knot strength checked in-house so the tie holds under load.
-
Made to your spec
Galvanized or black annealed, coils or cut lengths, matched to your material and baler.
-
Supplied worldwide
Serving recyclers, packagers and municipalities across Europe and the US.
Tensile testing, in-house QC
Every batch is tested for tensile strength and knot behaviour.
We build the presses, so we know exactly where a tie gives up. That is the point we test.
- Tensile strength
- Checked in-house, batch by batch
- Knot behaviour
- Bends and holds without cracking

We reply with a quote and a recommendation, usually within one business day.
Questions buyers ask us
Baling wire, quick link (double loop) bale ties, loop wire (single loop bale ties), bale covers and steel strap. If you are not sure which fits your baler or material, ask us and we will advise.
Both are available. Galvanized resists corrosion for outdoor and humid conditions; black annealed is a cost-effective choice for indoor, fast-turnover baling. We help you pick based on your application.
Yes. Send us your diameter, length, loop type and material, and we match it. If you have a datasheet or a sample of your current tie, that is the fastest route to an accurate quote.
Yes, we supply customers across Europe and the United States. Tell us your delivery location in the quote request and we include freight in the offer.
Both depend on the product and the specification you need. Request a quote with your quantity and required delivery date, and we confirm the order quantity and the lead time for your situation.
Use the quote form on any product page. Tell us the product, specification, quantity and delivery location, and we get back to you with a price.
